What We Never Collect
We never collect Social Security numbers, credit card numbers (all payments are processed through third-party platforms; we never see or store your full payment details), or browser tracking data beyond standard website analytics.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively to communicate with you about your student's advising, schedule sessions and send reminders, deliver the services you have engaged us for, and maintain internal records of our work together.
How We Protect Your Information
Client records are stored in secure, access-controlled environments. Google Classroom environments are private and invitation-only. Our devices are password-protected and use encrypted storage. We do not sell, rent, or trade client information.
Third-Party Platforms
We use the following platforms to deliver our services. Each has its own privacy and security policies: Google Classroom for instructional delivery, Google Meet for scheduling, and Twilio for SMS/WhatsApp messaging. Client information shared with these platforms is limited to what is strictly necessary to provide the service.
Your Rights
You may request at any time a summary of the information we hold about your family, correction of any inaccurate information, or deletion of your records, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
Children's Privacy
We work directly with students, but all engagements are conducted with a parent or guardian as the primary point of contact. We do not knowingly collect information from minors without parental consent.
